Leadership Insights and Applications

“Great leaders are always open to new experiences, ideas, and perspective. They encourage people around them to explore and to discover.”
Great leaders are people who desires others to be great as themselves and even help them accomplish extraordinary things beyond their achievements. Great leaders are people who achieved conquering their selfishness and pride for others to thrive.
“People want to follow leaders and are willing to sacrifice for leaders who they trust have a high moral conscience.”
As a leader I want my congregation to follow my leadership in carrying the mandate of the Lord for evangelism and discipleship. The mentioned statement serves as guide and reminder for people to continuously trust me. As I exemplify competence, connection, and character - qualities John Maxwell believed that can build trust.
